    I asked to do blonde balayage but they said I could only have brunette balayage because my hair was black. When they took the silver out of my hair I saw that it was blonde and that they could very well have done blonde balayage but no, my hair is almost the same and I didn't pay the price they initially told me (£240 + 25 innoluxe). I paid £284 and my hair is horrible and practically the same, they did it on purpose to have to come back again. I'll never come back there again and I don't advise Service: Balayage
