At the start all good until we got to our apartment in Spain then things changed, a rushed unload only interest is his taco and when we found some item’s damage the removal men said don’t worry it will be sorted !!! Found out that the items had not been insured to damage in transit and Max in the uk office was unhelpful. Check the small print as I trusted them but not anymore

Removals can be difficult, but Matthew James provided a great service. My removal has been from UK to Spain. The team has been really helpful, easy to reach and flexible to accommodate all the needs during the whole process. They had great availability for survey, pickup and delivery. Their staff has been punctual in both pickup and delivery and they have been able to work around my time constrains. Even if there have been some minor damages to a few items, they have exceeded their obligations and provided compensation for what the insurance did not cover. I will for sure contact them again if I will ever need to move again.

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!! I CAN WRITE A BOOK ABOUT THEIR UNPROF MANNERS THROUGHOUT! THEY HELD MY THINGS FOR 3 MONTHS WHERE THEY CHARGED ME EVEN THOUGH I HURRIED TO GET MY THINGS FOR THE LAST TRUCK TO LEAVE. FORCED ME TO PAY 10 WEEKS STORAGE. LET ME KNOW THAT THEY ARE ARRIVING IN THE NEXT FIVE DAYS NOT CARING IF IT SUITS YOU OR NOT. HAD MY WEDDING OUTFIT IN THERE, THEY TURNED UP TOO LATE SO I HAD TO CANCEL MY WEDDING EVEN THOUGH I WAS 3 MONTHS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. SO MANY SUPER EXPENSIVE PIECES CAME TOTALLY WRECKED, THEY HAVENT EVEN PROTECTED THEM. THEN THEY CLAIMED ON TOP OF THAT I HAD NO INSURANCE. UNLESS YOU HAVE A DESIRE TO BECOME BROKE AND TRAUMATISED FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Although quotes on comparison websites threw up cheaper options, I opted to try this firm based on their good reviews and efficient communication from the start. Would recommend using their free evaluation service, as I was able to include more objects than I had originally thought with the first quote, as the team member appraised all that could fit in the metres assigned. Paperwork and updates ran smoothly, and all pieces arrived perfectly at their Spanish destination.
