    If anyone is reading this to look for a early morning Bootcamp then I really cannot recommend Geefit highly enough! We started in July 2019 and can honestly say every session is completely different. The leader, Sam, is so motivational and comes up with sessions that are fun and varied meaning you don’t clock watch and come away feeling like you’ve really worked hard! The rest of the group are so friendly, welcoming and supportive no matter what your fitness background. So get in contact with Sam at Geefit and come along you really won’t regret it! 💚

    I have been attending sam’s 5.30am sessions for approx 6 weeks now as they fit perfectly around my work and school-run commitments. The classes are an excellent test for people of all fitness levels and each one seems to be structured with variety in mind. Most of all the atmosphere and camaraderie amongst the group are like nothing I have experienced before. Highly recommend it.

    I LOVE these sessions. I thought it would be too early for me but in actual fact getting it done early frees up the rest of your day. The sessions are varied and range from flat out cardio on the assault bike to lifting more weight than I could have imagined. Would recommend highly. Also the instructor is very motivational and will always help with technique, nutritional advice and just generally there to support you

    This Bootcamp is AMAZING!! Whilst it can be tough getting up so early I’m always so pleased to be there and love the start to the day. I leave feeling more energised and ready for the day ahead. Sam goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is getting what they need out of the sessions and always offers so much support. I’ve seen massive improvements in my confidence with exercise and my ability to push myself further each session. I’ve also had great results on the scales too.     This is absolutely the best way to start the day. For someone who has always hated exercise, it says a lot that I love Sam's Bootcamp. It is challenging without being overwhelming and Sam creates fantastic varied workout. The group is super supportive as well. No matter what your current fitness level is you will love geefit am Bootcamp (even if it is at stupid o'clock in the morning!)

I feel motivated to attend and when I had a bad back and couldn't train, I was kept in contact and my recover was monitored closely which was above and beyond.
