First rate. Short lead time to attend a washing machine malfunction. Matt simply listened and made an instant diagnosis which proved correct. Don't ask me how but he managed to repair it from underneath whilst the machine was tilted and only about 3 inches working space. Fixed within an hour. Bookmark this chap, he's good.
