Matsuura support us with our HP 3D print systems and Dyemansion Post processing equipment at Incremental Engineering. I use the word support when actually the word does not even come close to describing the way that Matsuura have worked with us. They have been unbelievable over the years, the knowledge, experience and their partnership is fundamental to our business. The ethos at Matsuura is truly one of partnership with a long term view, I have never in 30 years of making equipment come across a company like it and it is my pleasure to be one of their customers. GPR Ltd bought its first Matsuura MX-520 in 2015 after a lengthy evaluation process of a year. When the machine arrived, the professionalism of the installation & commissioning team was second to none even when other machines needed to be moved to get it in. The service and backup since then have been excellent with a good response to queries. With all this background knowledge it only took, one month to make the decision to purchase our second MX-520 and once again installed very professionally in December 2020. Can’t recommend Matsuura UK enough for excellent machines, great service and backup. Keep it up guys.
