Mati and her team were honestly such a dream to work with, for all aspects of our wedding planning they organised, prepared in advance and kept us well informed throughout. It was always helpful to have someone with industry knowledge and insight when speaking to vendors and to also think about the logistics of how what we wanted would come together. As a planner, Mati was everything we could have asked for and more - easy to contact, helpful, resourceful, reassuring and professional. We are still receiving compliments about how beautiful, smooth and well organised our wedding day was from our guests and we can only attribute that to how amazing Mati and her team were. Mati was the best wedding planner and coordinator we could have asked for! She took full control of the planning but still allowed us to get involved as much as we wanted. We are a very particular and some might say controlling bride and groom but she AND her team handled us so well. They were so patient and kind on the day and everyone has been so impressed with how smooth our traditional wedding and white wedding were. Both days were very well organised, smoothly coodinated, with guests and vendors well looked after. Book Mati Gono Events for your wedding! Take it from me; a bride that didn’t for my own, and regretted it. Ensure you include wedding planners in your budget! I can’t stress this enough and tell anyone I can to do so. My mistake cost me - schedule delays and missing out on key photos! :( Wedding planners play such a pivotal role in the success of your day. They have all the contacts and experience to cover it all making it stress free for you. I’ve known Mati for almost 10 years, and she has remained not only professional, but lovely. Mati is about her business and is brilliant at what she does. She’s genuine and knows how to bring your vision alive. Mati is great with communication and follow up. Even when I could no longer include her in our budget she was still very supportive and caring. Mati is a long standing Event Planner for a reason; her track record speaks volumes.
