I am disappointed at the service I received. I enquired how to test drive twice and the female sales rep just didn’t seem to want to help at all. We had money in the pocket ready to buy and felt I was treated in a way that I couldn’t afford to be there.

Ordered a Discovery in Autumn 2021. Date put back 5 times, bits of spec removed several times. Last put back was allegedly to March 2023. Not kept informed enough. Then told they wouldn't honour the contract we signed. Higher price than agreed, much higher finance than agreed. Customers from other dealers online reporting original contracts honoured. These guys blame JLR and aren't interested in budging an inch to help the customer. No doubt they'll keep their configurator slot and flog the very car we waited a year and a half for to a new customer to make more profit. Awful, unethical people.
