Thank you so much to Justin and Caroline yesterday. Had to take the pony to the vets and haven't travelled him before so felt like I was taking my newborn baby for its first car journey! Justin was so professional and filled me with confidence. He waited whilst we had the vet appointment which over ran by an hour but it was dealt with as if it was no problem. won't hesitate to use mates rates next time I need a box. really good value and service 👍👍👍

I cannot recommend Caroline at Mates Rates enough! Her patience and determination meant that we got my difficult horse happy to go near the box. Having had many people out, most wouldn’t go near him. But Caroline was beyond professional, taking so much of the anxiety out of such a potentially stressful situation. Wouldn’t use anyone else!
