Placed an order, 2 days later we get an email stating they can't meet our order or delivery dates that they specified on the website when placing order. Spoke to someone on the phone that said they would call back within the hour and 24hrs later still no phone call. Would not recommend using then

Thought this was too good to be true. The prices are so much cheaper than any local business. Was a bit unsure but service was excellent. Had an issue that I wasn't going to be available on delivery, however Ekin sorted with delivery company and all good. Driver helped to off load and advised he could leave them in a safe place next time. I bought pir plaster board insulation, and plasterboard. Only one had damage but it will be skimmed over. Hopefully will use again in the future

I had some issues with availability of stock initially, and automated emails caused a bit of an issue, but Daisy spent a lot of time sorting it out so that I could get enough to work with by my deadline. Daisy was really helpful, I wish she was able to sprinkle some of her magic on the systems they use.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Purchased £600 worth of PIR insulation Boards. Received today only to find 3 boards were heavily damaged, Tears down the sides with chunks missing from the corners. Many of the boards were discoloured yellowy colour and were soaking wet. No doubt they have been stored outside and been exposed to the elements. Requested a refund for the 3 damaged boards they refused. Offered a £20 refund! Absolute joke ! Shocking company !! BUYERS BE AWARE ! Also it should be Noted this Company operate as Dropshipers meaning they dont actually hold any inventory them selfs. You place an order with them they then pass that order on to a 3rd party who delivers to you. Probably why you end up with defective goods as they have no way of ensuring quality control.
