Was given a gift cerificate as a present in order to buy a pedal that i wanted, purchased online successfully and bought a boss power supply and cable elsewhere. After a week of waiting I received an email to say that there had been a mistake and the product wasn't actually in stock when i purchased. So I'm £30 out of pocket with little more than a recommendation for the bigger online retailers as a resolution as they were more likely to have stock. Really poor.

Best music store in town. They had this strings giveaway last year, so I grabbed the chance and I was fortunate to have my Mayones Duvell 6 restrung with Ernie Ball Paradigms by Darra. He went the extra mile and did some wee setup and TLC on my guitar too and I must say, he did a fantastic job. My guitar plays like a dream. Also a shoutout to Aaron for always being helpful. They also provide In-Store "how to sessions" from guitar setup, home recording and many more. Overall great experience with Machetts.
