Extremely poor service! I ordered Two shelves online a couple of months ago, made payment and it was confirmed delivery 2-5 days. I was then contacted the following day to be told that they were in fact out of stock and would not be in stock for a couple of months, but would I want to wait. I was extremely disappointed and requested a refund. I have been checking the website regularly and yesterday saw that they were back in stock. I made another order, this time paying for next day delivery and received confirmation of my order. I have just been contacted by Mastershelf customer service and been informed that once again the shelves are out of stock and did I have any flexibility to order different shelves. I have once again requested a refund and will not be dealing with them again. For this to happen once is inconvenient, for it to happen again is suspicious!
