I had a small blip owing to transportation and Stephen never questioned my email expressing my small, concern . The same day my issue was resolved. No fault of Master plank but transportation .     We were told our desk was ready to collect and we made the hour long journey to Shrewsbury to collect it to be told it was not ready but that they would deliver it to us for free as we had made the long journey. We then heard nothing from them and I tried contacting them a number of times for an update on the delivery. The desks and other furniture look lovely but unfortunately the customer service and internal communications are very poor. Will not be trying to buy something here again.
