update. 2 years on they are still dreadful. i wont be back. sort yourselves out guys! original review.... Been a customer for a long time, placed an order 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I have called about this issue several times and still nothing. I appreciate the pandemic has us all running our businesses in strange ways but seriously guys this is ridiculous. Pam is lovely and helpful as always, but whoever is packing the orders needs to sort themselves out, beyond a joke. I am running a business too and have customers depending on me. I am not leaving this review to hurt the business, but rather to give them a kick up the backside, sort yourselves out or your customers will be going elsewhere,.

Took a present to be engraved for Father’s Day 5 days beforehand. Was told someone would call when it was ready. Didn’t hear anything back so called on Saturday to an answerphone message saying that they’re shut on weekends. No apology when I went to pick up the gift (late). Had to buy a new Father’s Day present. Won’t be using this company again and certainly wouldn’t recommend. Also wouldn’t tell me rough price over the phone. I understand they’d need to see the item but could’ve said £45 an hour which is what I was quoted on arrival.

Best service and product I have ever had online. Communication was extremely quick, friendly and personal. I even received a response to one of my emails at 20:30 in the evening! The initial proof was turned around in less than 12 hours and the finished product (which was a custom product and had to be mm perfect) arrived promply a couple of days later and was perfect in every way. I highly recommend this company, especially Amanda.
