I rang them last year, straight away they asked for card details. An engineer turned up, he unscrewed a panel with 4 screws he then put it back up the other way round 2 minutes later. He went on his iPad for ages typing the job description (even though no job had been done) I was charged £90 + vat for 1/2 hour and they charged me another £50 as the engineer stayed another 15 mins which he didn't. I rang and complained they issued a refund for the extra £50 which had been taken without my authority. I rang again today for another service hoping their attitude had changed but they declined the job. Very unprofessional and would not recommend. Just rip off
