NEVER Use them. KP's they send are really bad. The worst part is that they don't follow the rota and will charge you way too many hours. The price is low but that is a trap.

Having engaged master cleaners, we noticed a significant deterioration in the cleaning of our offices. The floors were not hoovered/mopped down, food pieces often left overnight to be picked up by the team the next morning. Cobwebs built up over time in corners neglected. We asked for a tour with the representative to take them through it all. The representative was argumentative and and very intimidating. Not happy with service.
