After our 3 year old alarm system repeatedly failed that was installed as a very expensive option in comparison, by a large national house builder, for which they were not interested in assisting whatsoever, we bit the bullet and decided to replace rather than throw any more money at it. I had used Master Alarms many years ago and couldn’t fault them then, and certainly wasn’t disappointed this time either. From the initial call to the installation day, everything went very smoothly and efficient. From the initial call with our enquiry right through to the installation team, everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Master Alarms are thankfully still a family run business with many years of experience. The disruption was minimal and the installation team couldn’t have been more professional if they tried. Dust sheets put down and any dust cleared up. Thank you - highly recommended!

AVOID BIGGEST CONS GOING. Had a fault code come up on my Alarm so called them hoping that would resolve it over the phone but no they wanted to charge me a £75 call out fee. They were very rude on the phone even though I had used them to service the alarm. I called another company that talked me through it over the phone it took about 30 seconds and the fault was cleared. So think twice before using this company as you would have to be mad to
