    First time going into a Massimo Dutti store, wanted to treat myself to a pair of shoes I saw online. When I asked two different store assistants they seemed annoyed at me for asking, one just said 'their over there' and when I still couldn't find them I asked another who begrudgingly got out their phone and not even looking at me said they didn't have them on the shop floor, and then basically threw the device at me to ask what size I wanted. Very rude. I said it didn't matter and left. Ruined my day. Wont be shopping here again and don't recommend it. Around 12.30pm 24th May.

    Worst staff. Especially one black male in the men’s section upstairs he was extremely sarcastic when I asked if he is free as I needed assistance. Extremely rude, I do not recommend this store at all.

    I needed 2 or 3 work suits. I’m a lawyer and Massimo Dutti ones always work. Found a lovely white jacket (women’s) and asked the assistant who was standing at the entrance of the cloakroom if they had a bigger size. She was chewing gum, looked at me then walked passed me to speak to a colleague and moaned loudly that she didn’t have her device. I waited…. Eventually asked her if she was able to assist. Response was to look at me again like I was ruining her day. I waited again and eventually walked out after 10 minutes. Such a shame but I won’t go back to this once amazing brand. Not a single member of staff seemed to be bothered that a potential customer was in the store. This was the regent street London shop at about 6.15-6.30pm on Thursday 20 April 2023.
