Extremely rude and arrogant staff and looking at the other reviews it's not an isolated incident, I would not use this place.

I recently took a catalytic converter in for scrap, it was an original Honda Cat off of a Accord 2000 reg 1.8 petrol. I was offered £150 which I accepted, it turns out it was worth much more (£700-£1000). Its my own fault for not researching it properly but I didn't expect a well established company like Massey's to make a mistake with the pricing. If your taking a cat in for scrap, be very wary & do your research first.
