Professional and structured massage which I had booked through Groupon. The massage room shares the same entrance as the Gym (just right of the glass sliding doors) at White City and parking is plentiful. There were no shower or toilet facilities unless you are a Gym Group member. The room was warm and she checked what pressure I would like before the massage. Mailen is great at working out knots and she builds the pressure of the massage up gradually to give maximum comfort and relaxation. It was like a therapeutic Swedish massage with Thai style stretches at the end. Mailen asked if she could video some of the massage for her Instagram. My appointment was rebooked due to Mailen catching the horrible flu that was going round in December. She thought she would recover within a week or two but it took much longer, and she works alone. This likely explains some of the poor reviews. Overall I was very happy to finally enjoy this lovely experience.

Avoid at all costs!!!!!! I wish I could give no stars but google doesn't let you do that. I booked an appointment via groupon for 4.00 pm 2 days back. I had a call at 2.30 pm on the day of the appointment which I missed so called at 3.00 pm. Was not sure who it was so decided to drive 45 minutes to the appointment. At 3.30 pm get 2 calls. Parked up and because I didn't answer she texted she had cancelled last minute. Was fuming. Had she left a voicemail or text earlier at 2.30 pm I would have not left my house. I called her and she was extremely rude and defensive and said she wanted to speak to me. Really??? You call me 1.5 hours before my appointment expecting people are free all the time to pick up??? You lack basic common sense like leaving a voicemail or text considering you are cancelling last minute. Meanwhile groupon will not refund me as she has stolen my money and redeemed my voucher so will be taking further action against both. Will waste more time to fight against what is right so nonone else is dealing with this kind of nonsense. Wasted over 3 hours on this already with grouoon and driving to and from the appointment..

Can’t rate the massage because I never got one! Appointment booked through groupon for Wednesday 28th dec 2pm. Got here 1.50pm, by 2.20pm rang, emailed, texted, knocked. No answer. Absolutely shocking service and completely unacceptable. Booked time off and wasted petrol getting here! Don’t book through Mailen with groupon and anything else!

Well when the massage started I wanted deep massage. Malen didn't do it properly in worse senior gave me more pains and not massaging my body properly I felt like she was unprofessional and didn't know what I wanted. I didn't felt like I was welcomed just in a way insult when she talked with me Absolutely disgusting listen women do you have a prove that I offered you 2 hours to pay you. I think u making things up and telling lies. And yes good luck to me for next therapy won't be like you.
