I first started my journey with John Young in 2014 I was travelling Mon to Fri every week to Europe and it was taking its toll. Flying, airport stress (delayed, cancelled flights) hotel food, change in climate, job stress etc etc. I went to John and explained that my bloated stomach constantly felt in knots & I suffered from various symptoms (diarrhoea, constipation, acid reflux) he was incredibly calm and listened to me rant and rave, he took my medical history and then very kindly began with the treatment. My body screamed! And I wanted to jump off the treatment table and run! But with his gentle calm voice he told me to count through the pain and I did. After the treatment was finished he brought me a glass of water and told me to take my time getting ready I felt as though I'd been dragged backwards through the hedges but, as I stood up and moved my limbs it was euphoric my body felt as light as feather all the heavy sluggish pain had disappeared. I felt better than when I was a teenager. I continue my journey with John and it is as with everything continuity that keeps me feeling pain free and my body moving freely. He has taught me so much about the body, lymphatic drainage, diet and just life. Thank you John Young may your magical hands continue to help and heal people for many years to come.

I rarely leave reviews, but John Young really is a miracle worker. I have been plagued with problems for months and sought a manual lymphatic drainage treatment. As previous reviews have noted, it is painful to begin with, but the pain soon eases to nothing as everything starts flowing. More importantly, it has alleviated, if not solved, my problems. It may take about 48 hours to start feeling the differences, but I can say for certain that this was a very effective reset on my lymphatic system.
