Would be much more truthful to rate this company 0 stars if Google allowed it. Ihave been waiting for my refund since November 2021!!! How can a company who market towards mothers (upcoming and current) do such a thing. I am honestly not surprised to see that I am not the only one who has faced this issue, as the service and customer service I have recieved is AWFUL!!!! Massage2mummy NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN as they are greedy horrible liars, who clearly have nothing better to do than take innocent peoples hard earned money. I will not stop here and I hope other mothers will also continue to try and get their money back.

The absolute worst!! Customer service is terrible, I had a massage booked from last year and after chasing them for months nobody came back to book and even after being told numerous times a manager would be in contact never happened! They refused my refund and still waiting for a manager to contact me…. Ironically they were recommended to me I would never recommend them!!! My first ever bad review it’s unfortunate as I was looking forward to this!

I had one nice massage from a nice lady. The issue is my 1st massage was cancelled 3 times before it took place. I understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, but alternative arrangements should have been made available by the company. Once the 2nd massage was booked, it was also cancelled, so as no alternative date was offered, I emailed the company for a refund. they offered me less than half of the full amount I paid, which I felt was rude and insensitive since I had never made any cancellations myself. They then delayed in processing the refund. I emailed to chase it up and never got a response to confirm an update or offer an apology. Poor customer service so won't be recommending.

stay away. one of my friend used this service. the lady attended site made an excuse not to provide the service and left. the company is pathetic and take no ownership of how their staff behave.. no sings of getting the service which we paid. we should report them to uk consumer rights.

the massage lady attended my aunt. extremely rude and unprofessional. she arrived and asked for parking we explained that we dont have driveway and told her to park and we will pay for the parking time ( pay and display). she refused and on purpose left site. called her back no answer. the company is pathetic aswell been trying to chase therm for 5 days now no answer and no sign of sending someone back. they are extremely unethical askiong customewr to pay for parking in london everyone parks and pay. there is no free parking and we even offered them the parking money but they seemed to be scammers and just wanted a reason not to attend and scam us the money without providing the service ... people please stay away from this company .
