The loading as well as the delivery of my goods was punctual, straight forward and with the professional skill and expertise expected from a big, renown removal company. The import formalities were taken care off so I could concentrate on the rest of my relocation. An accidentaly damaged item was promptly compensated, no fuss no muss. I can highly recommend this company and it's friendly staff and would use it any time again should I need to do another move.

I have used Masons a number of times and they are always extremely efficient and reliable. They are also good in a crisis. My dad's Care Home rang to say that he dying and I should get there as soon as possible. This was as the final load was being unloaded, there was probably an hour to go - the guys were so good, they encouraged me to leave them to it as I had over a hours drive to get to dad - I left them with a key, they finished off and posted the key through the door. They are completely trustworthy, efficient and proffessional.

I have just moved with Masons today and I have to be honest their service was exceptional from start to finish. I honestly cannot fault Rich in the office for helping me with any enquiries I had and making it easy to organise removers in such short notice. The team we had to help move us was absolutely fantastic, they were all so polite, happy to make the day less stressful by cracking a joke and very time efficient.
