My seller used these solicitors and they were absolutely awful. Took 10 plus days to reply to simple enquiries. My solicitor and estate agent had to chase multiple times with no response. Takes less then a minute to say we are reviewing and will get back to you. A lot of “we will get the solicitor to give you a call back” but didn’t hear anything. They caused a lot of un needed stress. Especially within the first 10 weeks of the process.

Parminder is an absolute trooper and saviour. She is everything a solicitor *should* be! Unfortunately, most solicitors seem to fall short from my own experience and from friends and family experiences. Even more Unfortunate, is when my buyer's solicitor continually made errors and did not do their job to a satisfactory standard. Thankfully, Parminder's excellence made up for their short comings. It was a long journey (out of Parminder's control), but each step of the way she was chasing for updates and passing information to me, answering my 101,000 questions and talking me through my options. I genuinely believe she dragged the rest of our chain through this and past the finish line, it would have fallen apart without her. And I wouldn't be currently sat in my new home. Miss Parminder Othi is an absolutely brilliant solicitor. Can’t give her enough praise for our conveyancing. We had, in my opinion, quite a complicated case, which involved remortgaging of our house and purchasing an auction house at the same time with a very difficult seller and a deadline being a week at the end. The whole process was quite psychologically drastic to us and took months of hard work with the lenders, auction houses and different people on our side. And in this whole nightmare workload, the only person who was always there, who was always professional, who replied promptly and answered all of the queries, and who guided us through this nightmare and lead us to an exit, was her. I don't have much experience with the solicitors, I have only used the solicitors once, for the previous purchase of our house, it was a London based solicitor firm with very good online reviews. And I can tell you, miss Parminder Othi is much better. Just better in everything. In understanding your needs, in giving you a response, in communication. Simply top notch solicitor. It was a pure luck to find her.
