Our dog is usually quite nervous with new people and places, but came back happy and healthy after a week at Mucky Paws, clearly having made friends with the people there. The staff were super friendly, professional and organised (even washed the bedsheets for us), and I can say that this is the best kennel we have tried around Harrogate!

We have used Mucky Paws for many years for short and long stays - it is our dog’s home from home. All the staff know her and she is always pleased to see them! Facilities are new and clean with the dogs enjoying twice daily walks and the run of a large pen when the weather is suitable. She is always healthy and happy after her “holidays”. Thanks to all at Mucky Paws.

Our dog didn't do well when it stayed the weekend. He looked like he hadn't slept and had bite marks which they had treated but didn't advise us. Facilities themselves were fine and everything appeared to be secure. If you have a dog that likes barking it will like this place.

The young blonde lad didn't handle the dogs in a nice and humane way when retrieving them from the outside play pens. When I asked him why he was doing it, he answered saying that "It's how I get them to do my bidding". I wouldn't trust him with my dog. Also when I dropped my dog off this morning, I asked if this was 'Mucky Paws' and he answered in a sarcastic voice and asked if I could read as there was a sign out front. There is no need for the attitude. I would feel much better if he wasn't there.
