We used the venue on 26.5.23 for my nieces wedding. Prior to booking, we had several detailed meetings with staff to ease our concerns and plan the event. Faz was excellent, very friendly, extremely knowledgable and was able to address any concerns and reassure us. Weddings are stressful and nerve racking but engaging staff who are patient and understanding ensures emotions are calm. Prior to the event, I was in contact with the events manager ANISA who is a huge credit to the organisation. Patience, professionalism, being knowledgeable and understanding runs through the staff here and Anisa leads this culture well. Anisa coordinated various intervals throughout our day with her professional and calming personality and was able to ensure everything ran smoothly. This organisation has a long standing reputation for excellent food and our day was no exception. Another review mentioned the service being rushed but knowing about food and hospitality, you have to understand the balance staff have to strike. For example, Some people want starters with rice, some want curry on rice etc. Like most things ones food pallet is subjective and caterers have to balance a diverse range of views and demands when trying to deliver an effective service. In our case it was Excellent. I would highly recommend the venue and staff and book without any hesitation. Thank you FAZ, ANISA and all the TEAM. Well done!
