i invited the hello kitty mascot for my daughter's birthday. it looked impecable and the lady who wore it was great. Nevertheless bear in mind this is not an entertainer, it does not speak or organise any games. You need to arrange yourself for the music, entertainer, etc etc. She was great, danced with the kids, handed the party bags, all as agreed. i paid extremely expensive due to distance but I am happy the mascot brought joy to our party. thank you

Paid £80 for half an hour of Elsa from frozen mascot for my daughters 4th birthday party. Mascot turned up and the costume was absolutely awful. So bad it was embarrassing for me. Not only was the costume awful but “Elsa” but the mascot couldn’t see at all and had to be guided around the party. She also couldn’t hear at all so children were speaking to her and they were being ignored. The teenager who was put in the mascot costume was not confident and unable to do her job. It was daylight robbery to be charged such an amount for half an hours work if you can call it work.had to crop the photo to take the children out the background so you can’t even see how awful the entire costume is. I could half paid half that price and hired the costume out myself for the entire day and put a family member inside who would have done a much better job. I’ve seen the response from the company and can honestly say the mascot DID NOT STAY OVERTIME. She left on time. Mascot couldn’t see. Had to be led by me holding on to her elbow. Mascot couldn’t interact with the kids and the kids got fed up of being ignored by Elsa and after 10-15 minutes left to go and play on the bouncy castle. Elsa just stood there at the side. No I haven’t called you as it’s too late now what would you be able to do?? The party is over and I’ve paid in full. I wanted to leave a review for everyone else to think twice for before they spend their hard earned money on a rubbish service. Your mascot was completely dishonest with you if that’s the feedback she provided but maybe you should think twice about sending her out on another job. You’re completely unprofessional and I will not be using you again and will advise all my friends and family the same

Excellent fantastic service. We had a children’s entertainer and a sonic Mascot last weekend for our twin sons 7th birthday party. Well what can I say our party was amazing from start to finish such a professional service for me the point of booking to the end of our event. The Sonic mascot was the highlight of our party and the costume was fantastic, Jay was so interactive with the children and great with bringing out the cake, dancing etc… Thank you mascots come to play parties 🎈Will be in touch for the next one. I contacted this company for my sons birthday party and needed a superhero mascots she was very attentive and helpful, but then don’t know what happened. We agreed spider nan and hulk for an hour on the agreed date, she said she will send me an invoice to pay deposit and the reminder paid cash to the mascots. I did not receive the invoice, I called messaged numerous time in the end she came back days after! Today when she called me she first claimed she sent me the invoice, I said I did not receive it and asked her to send it again whilst I’m on the phone so I can confirm (oblivious to her story lines) and then she said ow sorry our spider man staff member tested positive so it’s not happening, so here’s me thinking when was you planning informing me ???. I’m obviously now fuming as I was depending on her I just wanted to get formalities out the way! I’ve even put it on my invitations!! ( she was promising) Iv been on the look the whole day since I’ve spoken to her and due to time frame not available now. I obviously messaged and told her she was not professional and what she done was not acceptable and that she’s ruined my sons birthday. Instead of coming back and apologising she sent me paragraph after paragraph telling me, she could have offered hulk but she wouldn’t, that I ruined my sons birthday not her, that I was rude and dozen more unnecessary comments considering ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS LET ME KNOW WHEN HER STAFF MEMBER TESTED POSITIVE! Why do I need to chase the company to be told actually not happening! We’re all humans and things can go wrong but what’s important with companies is the way they deal with it. Not acceptable! You’ll get far with this customer service of yours. Not mentioning she later deleted her message on what’s app (probably realised what she done) but I took a screen shot of it anyway! Good luck
