Great store, all of the staff are friendly and super helpful especially Koli. Always find what I need in there. Really needed a broom stick one day and was able to buy one along with my groceries. Even left my purse in the car but they waited for me to go get it and were very polite about it.

Just walked in the store and remembered I left my wallet in the car and was chased out by the owner Koli begum with a broom stick lol she was very upset with me for not buying anything and started to film me on her phone...she thinks her store is based in Asia or Africa and will get away with this sort of aggressive behaviour. Steer clear of this store as there are plenty of better shops very close by. Very rude Koli Begum and trading standards have been informed so they may put a stop to this and her cash in hand work force(HMRC). Also been fined £20000 previously for mice and I am sure they have these issues currently as I seen a few.

I've been coming here for over 8 years to get fresh poultry and they are the cleanest and fresh butcher's in Birmingham. The staff within the Butchers are always polite and helpful. The store staff are helpful and friendly, never had an issue. The price of the fresh meat is good and they are happy to cut the meat into smaller pieces or in some cases removing the skin from chicken.
