Honestly the best hamam I’ve ever been too and I’ve been to a few! I go every month and the staff and the management are so lovely. Honestly the most kindest people, always trying to make sure you’re comfortable and there really easy to hold conversations with. They offer you hot drinks or cold drinks while you wait or even if you’re in the sauna. Really good customer service and they always try cater to your needs like if you’ve booked in for a massage they will focus on where hurts most. Wouldn’t go anywhere else honestly don’t have a bad word for massa hamam! May Allah continue to put barakah in your business Ameen X

They could do with making a few changes. Some parts of the experience seemed very rushed. I was left in the sauna for around 20 minutes. The next step was the steam. The steam didn't stay on for very long, so you were left in the cold. I had to call for them to turn it back on again... Stayed on for 5 minutes. Once the staff came in , they left the steam door opened and continued to talk to each other, whilst I sat there getting cold! The pillow looked dirty. Could do with a good scrub. Hammam not what I expected. Very little soap used. Felt very harsh on the skin, but skin felt lovely and soft afterwards. Massage was lovely, but seemed rush. Staff also talked alot whilst I just wanted to relax. Finshed 20 minutes early. Only realized after.

Hi definitely would not recommend this place, they don’t use morrocon soap, definitely not an expert lady who does the hamam as they were not morrocon. Really had a bad experience.
