    The receptionist is not good. I called to change my appointment time but she might misunderstand. When I arrived she didn't try to explain the situation to me to solve the problem and spoke to me with a bad attitude. I have been here many times and was very disappointed. Do not come unless you want to be upset.

    Very bad reception, we called twice at eleven and two to confirm the time and change the time, at the appointed time the receptionist said we did not change the time, only the number of people. They also said they called to confirm with us, but the truth is my phone didn't have any missed calls at all. I don't know what happened, but her attitude was very offensive. I've been here a few times before and the massage therapist was good, but the receptionist was very irresponsible and will not come back or recommend anyone who needs massage services to come.

    INCREDIBLE! Now, I don't need to go to THAILAND to experience such a wonderful massage. I was a last minute walk-in. I just arrived to London the night before and had terrible jet lag. The therapist - whose name I WISHED I remembered - was phenomenal. I'm so impressed by Marlylebone Thai Spa... I'm definitely going back the next time I'm in London!

    The best massage I’ve had in my entire life! I booked 1.5 hrs and came out like a new person. Julia has the strongest hands and gave the most enjoyable deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. Sometimes deep tissue can be a bit much, where you don’t have much “down time” from the intense pressure, but she did a fantastic job with firm pressure followed by fluid strokes so it was also relaxing. I feel like I can finally move again. The young woman at the front desk is so kind- what a great experience! Unfortunately I’m only visiting London or I would be a regular.
