I bought tickets online .. for some reason was not able to open my e-ticket .. at the barrier one of the lady staff was standing first ignored me and before I say anything kept saying me move out from barriers which was very rude and I found she was discriminating me … I ask her to help and she literally denied .. no one travels for free .. they should be respecting , and helping people Sara was absolutely rude and attitude full staff serving customers. This kind of people should be in this Serve position to serve people . I have noticed all chiltern railways staff are very arrogant and rude as if they own the train company !!!!! Realy awful experience….

Had trouble scanning my ticket to exit, which might be what caused it to give me trouble on the next trip too. Confusing and wasted some time. Toilets were in poor shape, but the woman maintaining the area was professional and very helpful. Otherwise nice open floor areas, and we got to where we were going with no issue and glad for it!
