Unfit for purpose. The staff knowledge on local HMO supported or private sector rented housing is appalling. All they do is refer you with NO area connection to the council so that you FAIL the homeless eligibility assessment and don't get emergency accommodation. I was even signposted to to St.vincents homeless centre near Victoria Station only to be turned away and sent back to the poorly trained useless "support" worker I can't name for legal reasons at marylebone project. St.Vincents centre were completely dumbfounded why I was referred to them, while in St.vincents own words and I quote, "we don't understand what you're doing here we weren't even told you needed a hostel, a room or housing support we assumed you just needed to access our breakfast club and takeaways, why isn't your advocate helping you, you need to go back to them, we don't have any information about you here, they've wasted your time and ours." Everytime I used the facilities there was fighting, yelling and arguing in reception, and it was rumoured by staff that one evening a service user was caught filming other vulnerable women, they didn't ban her she was still allowed to continue accessing the centre....

If you are a woman seeking a safe place or refuge expect to continue to be abused. Open 24/7 and 365 but accessable to an individual only on a limited and limiting basis. If you have vulnerabilities beyond needing a place to stay, the information gets shared by staff in a way that others can hear so don't expect confidentiality or privacy. Your actual needs will fall on to deaf ears and blind eyes so that you can get stuck in a cycle of getting little if what you need but lots of leaflets for things you may not, incorrect advice to help you to their housing but no access to a point of contact affiliated with the service that can actually help you out of your circs. Lots of sales pitches here but no actual or requested access given to the services described that were required. I see they are now focussed on fundraising high value amounts here but looks like that may be to pay the rent because the service here doesn't do what they say. Staff fall asleep on shift as there is clearly lots to do?! Who claim furniture or food should not be accessable to service users. To top it all off I was persecuted and the staff decided punished me instead of correcting the persecutor?

Better not write anything πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„ hard pretending to be homeless for 2 nights to verify rumors. Iam sure real homeless women would rather be in the actual street than this place.

The worst place to be this place is a woman's shelter for battered women but most of who entered this place when leaving they 90%worst the next 10% is themselves who exit the door this place should be a place for recovery it more like a place for schooling staff to be in control of negative behaviour. The place always nasty both bathrooms and kitchen. Then I come to realize most of these place is just for the sponsorship and donations a few staff who will to work for free. Knowing they could eat and drink getting groceries without anyone ask any questions.what better place to be.as a woman who can feed from the helpless.who suffering Not one good staff who or properly trained. This place need guidance People who or praying people and desepling to watch over these poor soul. Crack head smoker. Alcoholallic inflected woman of all tribe with little to non how to handle themselves. they can't even. How does government allowed places like this to continue.i think they need on investigation once a month and every week fully inspection of the institution. Them the woman should have one on one conversation with a professional government person who spelize in these case and human rights to make it even more.medical person need to steps in at one point a crack head woman was isolated and still was living among every one.she told others residents she with be using all two toilet and one shower upstairs but she should be isolated out of the building or in a separate rooms or not allowed to leave but she didn't want no one to know what she was suffering from she said the doctor said it was not catching lord have mercy. Help these empty woman to be filled First good management. How can on empty pot feed someone else check the management. Blessings

This part of my feedback on Marylebone Project referenced under higher honours actions are very much diversity London City πŸ‘ The focus is about the importance of building up partnerships on formal existing projects including these areas of Jamaicans identities homeland born Spanish Town Sainte Catherine Parish British national skills-duties. This is of my direct inheritance which are the reasons why we have our identities under United Kingdom to value as part of our own human rights and instincts to be proudly considered after Windrush incidents. This part which appeared under Steven Lawrence case did improve the U.K police collaboration and far much better standards within it Blacks Jamaicans on Probation Staff through it πŸ‘Black Police Association. The Marylebone Project offers chances under Sanctuary and Army Church existing project to help on PIE role with a voluntary work that I can confirm my within it I love the overall Champion style attributes on Marylebone Project hard work and conducive resources. The London City RBKC and Ruach City Congress shape some of my daughter's and mother achievements with Louis our biological bond to Jamaicans and Christian faith as our Lilies turning 16 this 6th of June born in London City in 2006 we baptised under Ruach faith Congregation and christened our daughter Leah-Louisa Alexia Bell which made the 2009-2014 same way Steven Lawrence instincts in which the post Windrush incidents came on hostile Brexit and Covid-19 circumstances. Thankfully we with Louis consolidated pastor and senior roles on major United Kingdom Staff wider organisations are matured about it because according to the 2005-2022 experience we had in March 2022 me and my daughter under law society lobbyists witnessed this exercise under the records used on us from 2009-2022 we were supposed to be dead in 2005-2006 including Louis. In 2005-2006 Louis and I were highly concerned about the same problem and we had needed Louis Probation Services added family tree from us only to protect the potential risk of the above. In fact I'm correcting this part because on March 2022 we had used these information under higher confidential circumstances and nothing was understood on 8th February 2022 shared information with me and Louis assumptions we made in the first place was to frame realistically a lot of other information about what could never work out under none dead family. The reason was that the management of was very much targeting 58 churches in our Congregation of Louis pastor identities and Probation Services plus all our circumstances of mother and daughter including schooling with it a wrong 😳 endentures style failed. This means according to law society lobbiests networks key higher honours anonymously secrecy support in March 2022 me and my daughter including Louis were dead from it our circumstances of 2005-2006 but the 2015-2022 built model from complete opposed migrants international foundations. This explains the 2007 Kings investigations with Church of England as in our exam room shared with engineers and army staff on professional development our grades caught on CCTV the swaps made under which these conditions were to attach to our circumstances of population Jamaica. This year successful all encompassing through it the matured overall πŸ™Œ PIE Feeding back on assessment the whole aspects of London City made of multicultural diversity priority support led on the basis of ensuring the information contained reach Jamaica commissioner and relevant relationships on wider organisations as well as channels of communication within The Wider Community. The mistake made on our circumstances is independently led and complete by a certain date that can make all Jamaicans inheritance safe and successful ethical outcomes means U.K environmental appraisal processed under the terms and conditions that satisfied all encompassing. This part of Marylebone Project Trustees and assests as well resources main related projects on PIE Feeding back ASAP under peacefull clear formal feedback. Abigael REINE
