Marwell Hall is a place that's steeped in history,it was built around 1320 possibly on the site of an earlier building. What you see now was entirely rebuilt by the Long family in 1816......It is said that Henry Vlll secretly married Jane Seymour here in 1536.......Also its said to be haunted by some of its residents from the past....It is now surrounded by the 140 acre zoological park, It has its own lovely gardens surrounding the hall for visitors to explore.....It is now used for weddings and conferences etc.....It is now owned by Marwell Wildlife which is a registered charity.......👍
