Couldn’t recommend Pat highly enough! Called him at midnight with a visit the following afternoon, Pat attended severals times (and always when he said he would) to deal with any concerns we had and was very prompt with responses. Answered all of our questions and concerns we had and provided us with reassurance / confidence that we was in the best hands! Pat, Craig and Anthony all provided a thorough and professional service when I called them out. They dealt with the issue and kept me updated the whole time. They were always on time and even stayed in contact afterwards and then came back to check on the work to ensure everything was complete. Being 6 months pregnant I was unable to move the furniture back afterwards so they done everything for me at no additional cost or stress. Pat is a helpful person that we very much appreciated. He is knowlegable and responsive. We thought we only have one little mouse in the kitchen and we used trap and caught it. As we thought we have solved the problem, we found mice migrated from kitchen to the sitting room. We called Pat and eventhough he was busy, he came on the same day, understands how parified the situation was with us. He laid out traps and promised to come back a week after. However, we were so scared of the situation and Pat actually paid 2 extra visits to us , collected corpses and caught a few right on the spot. Pat's sheer existance in the house actually calmed down every one. The second offical visit is still a few days ahead from now but the aituation has been so improved and we detect no rodent activities for one whole day. I couldn't imagined if Pat was not here to help. Pat is a considerate and helpful person, and that made his service marvelous as the company 's name tells. I highly recommend Marvel Pest Control...
