Excellent customer service and great price. We spent weeks searching for a vehicle that was big enough for our 2 giant dogs and was within our price range. Martyn Neville was the answer. I took an hour trip to go and see the white Kia Rio, this has previously been categorised but I was told it was fully repaired and no issues. It hadn’t been repaired at all, it had just been filled with filler and the paintwork was 3 different colours between white and cream. And after seeing this and walking away the price has now gone upto 5k, avoid at all costs

I could not recommend this dealership enough! Martyn really does care about his customers, more so than he cares about making a sale. He was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond. He was happy to arrange delivery of the car to my address over 100 miles away and to have an engineer from the RAC inspect the vehicle. When he noticed that I had misunderstood an aspect of the description, he made me aware of it, even though it meant that the vehicle wasn’t right for me and he would lose the sale. He also refunded the deposit I had made very quickly. An all round genuine and honest salesman and a credit to the industry. Thank you!

Avoid Martyn at all costs. He is a liar and just all round arrogant car dealer. Went to view a car at the weekend which had a few issues that needed sorting to make it road legal like new tyres, wiper blades and brake lights bulbs. We agreed he would sort this out and also confirm the service history of the car. Expecting a callback during the week to complete the deal assuming everything got fixed. Found the autotrader ad had gone so got in contact to find he had sold the car behind my back. Wasted my time even bothering to look at the car that clearly wasn''t going to get fixed and get sold onto someone else for a car that isn't even road legal!
