DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!! My experience with this firm has been nothing short of horrendous. Not only did their fees run over twice what was originally quoted (without sufficient explanation), but Martyn believes every question can be retorted with "his statutory obligation". While this part of the UK's building industry is in massive need of overhaul, it does not mean that someone should be stuck with a poor quality party wall surveyor who fails to perform as agreed and demands a usurious amount of additional fees.
