Sent an email, with picture of my requirements on 21st of February. It's now the 21st of March. Still no reply. Shame as these guys were recommended. I don't understand, they have at least 8 members of staff according to their website profile where you can see them all enjoying holidays! That will be it, they must be on holiday.
