Sold my car through Motorway and Martin's were brilliant. Due to Motorway not passing on the right information I ended up delivering the car myself (was only 40 miles away) because I had a deadline to meet. Excellent first class service from all at Martin's including a fee for delivering the car myself and a lift to the train station on completion. And to top it all they gave me exactly what they had bid via Motorway. My faith in car dealerships is fully restored thanks to the guys at Martin's of Winchester. Would definitely use these guys again.

Visited Martin's today 07/06/21 , entered in the Nissan part of the building , waited for 10 minutes before any of the staff acknowledged that I was there , waiting . Customer service is the worst I have ever received . Would I recommend ??? If your buying a new car I would , you'll be treated like a king , if your not buying a car , NO . I then went to the Renault side of Martin's , talk about chalk and cheese , lovely people , helped above and beyond . Highly recommend that side . 5*.

I arrived at the appointed time, they were waiting for me. They already from the fault description told me that they thought they knew what the fault was (loose rollbar droplinks). I waited for 15 minutes (was offered a drink), was told that indeed it was the expected fault, it had been cleared with the insurance, was being fixed and would take an hour. I went to walk around Winchester, received a phone call (which I missed) and a text telling me the work was complete. On my return, I was handed the key, nothing to pay and the car is fixed. What else could you want?
