Excellent customer support. Had a major service. Car collected and brought back. A warning light still showing when it was returned. The garage pulled out the stops and collected the car the next day to sort. A big thank you to Levi in service for getting it all sorted quickly and personally collecting and returning the car in the same day. Highly recommend Martins’s and Levi in the Service department.

Great little garage! I've previously always used Peter Cooper but was appalled by their quote of >£250 for the simple job of replacing front pads on a Golf, which I thought would probably be needed when it went in for its MOT. Shopping around I found Martins - quoted over £30 cheaper and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Friendly and helpful staff, good comms, very accommodating and great service - to the point that in the end they found the pads on my car didn't yet need replacing despite being 92k old. They could perfectly easily and credibly have done the job anyway, it would obviously be believable had they told me they were needed, but instead they chose honesty and the customer over sneakily making a few quid. A very rare thing these days - and a great credit to them. Honest, straightforward, unflashy. Wholeheartedly recommended.
