    Having had very poor experience with the service agent at the Guildford VW dealer that we purchased our car from, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Ian at Martins was extremely helpful and informed right from the first call that we made to book. On the day of the service he continued to be so, keeping us up to date on progress and discussing everything with us upon collection. On the strength of this, we will be returning for all our works/servicing on the car, in fact we have already booked, as the car needs a small issue to be addressed via a diagnostic session.

Everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly and have been since I first bought a Volkswagen. I also wanted my SD card updated and that is being done despite one failure which is being dealt with professionally.
