After a long wait for what they thought was the right part for my car (6 months wait .Fault not being Matins ) turned out wasn't the problem. I recently took my Zoe to Martins in Reading and they did a good job on the service. I don't think it was too difficult, but it did give me confidence that all was well. They also cleaned the car for me and the staff were all helpful and friendly. It was a positive experience for me, and they even sent me a short video clip showing the underside of the car in more detail.

After buying a new car from Martins, Andover dealership, and being categorically assured the the chip for my electric folding mirrors would be fitted retrospectively, this never occurred. I have chased and chased this, repeatedly being told that as soon as the chip was available, my car would be recalled for fitting. Eventually I was advised by Renault that my car was not on a recall list as this was not a specification for this car. I was advised that I was mis sold the car as this specification was discontinued a few months prior to me purchasing the car and the dealership would have known this. In the dealership’s defence, they miraculously had the ability to add the function (parts were on their shelve all along) but not as an automatic function when you lock the car, as expected, but by pressing a button. They eventually agreed to fit this, I’m assuming as a means of apology for their mis information, but this was never said.
