As a Motability Customer....I have NEVER been treated SO WELL that I felt a score of 11 out of 10 !!!! was more than deserved. We had booked a Test Drive for the Renault Arkana Engineered for today. We arrived to be very kindly greeted by Josh Bryant & his manager Andy Southam. The car was clean & parked just outside ready to go. Josh took us on a perfect one hour test drive. His knowledge of his products was commendable, answering everything confidently & enthusiastically. He kindly got out of the car to open the door for me when my wife and I changed over driving. Not once did we feel 'Second Rate Customers' as sadly usually is the case in most other Dealerships. Our custom was valued & we were treated with respect, the same you'd expect as a 'Retail Customer.' Sadly in the fifteen years using the Motability Scheme, this was the first time we actually enjoyed the process of buying a new car. I hope Motability read this review & other customers, because Martins Renault Winchester REALLY do deserve full credit for the fantastic experience today. Thank you Josh & Andy for really caring about us & treating us so well. You both are a Credit to the 'Motor Trade'.

All of the following are hopefully one offs! 1. Took my car in at 08:00 as agreed. 2. Car was returned at 11:30 - I had been waiting in the showroom! 3.I had waited for the car to be cleaned inside and outside! The car had been very badly cleaned! Mud on outside! Dirty in boot, and badly cleaned in cabin and sills! The cleaner had not made sure their clothing was not scratching the paintwork (minor scratches). This is the first time I’ve received my car back in this state, and hopefully the last!
