We felt we needed to leave a review after the exceptional service we received from the team at Martins Hi-Fi. Having purchased a Denon AV receiver , into a 18 months of ownership we started to experience some problems. From our initial contact with Martins the service was exceptional. Unfortunately the problem wasn’t able to be fixed upon sending the unit back to Denon to repair. The issues were difficult to diagnose and the team at Martins offered a replacement unit which was gratefully accepted. We can’t express our thanks enough for the help we received throughout this problem. Would highly recommend Martins to anyone!

Spoke to Steve Forrest at Norwich who guided through my options very helpful and reassuring manner. Purchased Rega 6 in White and followed by the Rega Elex mk 4 Amp because of my digital needs. The installation was followed up a short period after by Kevin whose audio knowledge advice and help went way above and beyond . This completed an easy purchase for me my Hi Fi sounds wonderful. Wow! Talk about an Aladdins cave of lovely shiny hifi and AV stuff. But it wasn't the products that blew me away but the customer experience I enjoyed with Marcus the GM (not forgetting Kevin the techmiester) What Marcus doesn't know about these areas is probably not worth knowing and at the end of it I walked away with a Naim streaming system that I can't stop listening to. The sonic experience is just mind blowing. I enjoyed myself so much I went back for a second helping the next day and I've even purchased a property nearby so that I can justify future visits to what is a very splendid operation.
