    Having hurt my back and needing a new mattress to help, I foolishly decided to buy a firm mattress from a well known online manufacturer. However, when it eventually turned up (at a time completely different to when they said they would!) It was softer than a bean bag with only 2 beans in.!! I decided then to visit Martins and the experience could not have been more different. They had plenty of mattresses in their showroom for me to try out, combined with very helpful sales staff and they delivered it the next day as they said they would and even telephoned 30 mins beforehand so that I was ready for them. If you are thinking of buying a bed or furniture I would highly recommend you go to Martins where good old fashioned customer service is alive and well.
