11 years of chronic pain almost fully healed in 4 sessions over about 3 months. After seeing all kinds of different "experts" I was told it would be a life sentence of "pain management" coping strategies, struggling to make it through each day. This guy understands the human body WAY better than anyone I know and I've seen probably 20+ including chiro, osteo etc. Truly in a league of his own, every other physio just gave random stretches/strengthening exercises which made no sense, had either no effect or just temporary relief, and didn't understand how the body works together as one unit. Strongly recommend, and I don't just dish out recommendations for fun like everyone else seems to.

Martin is world class at what he does. I've had several physios over the years and he is by far the best. I've never made so much progress with a physio. He genuinely cares about his patients and is passionate about what he does. Thanks a ton!

I don't often write reviews, but Martin deserves it. I went to Martin with 6-10 years of chronic pain depending on which symptoms etc you want to focus on. I'd seen various practitioners, all had failed. One hour with Martin and I left pain free (not an exaggeration). I thought that was amazing enough, but imagine my delight when I woke up today still not in pain. Martin uses methods that are still relatively new in the industry, but they work. It's hard to knock me to tears, but having my body back was close.

I saw Martin after 2 years of left knee pain, having seen various different physios from differing modalities. Martin's approach made the most intuitive sense to me at the time so I took the plunge and am so glad I did. Martin excelled in his multidimensional approach - not just sticking to one discipline and it was amazing to see how his years of experience and drive to understand the body can be translated for patients. Having experienced that personal I am forever grateful - my pain is virtually gone and what's better, Martin has helped me understand why and guided me through the whole process at the same time. Top bloke!

Prior to coming across Martin, following years of issues with no improvement and gradual deterioration with my situation I thought there was no help insight. My symptoms began to greatly affect my day to day life after already preventing any exercise. He listened to my symptoms and immediately began searching for a root cause. He focused on the nervous system and instantly made some discoveries. We are still working on a way ahead, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I couldn't rate Martin enough, he's provided me with hope that one day I may lead a fully active life. I'd even recommend Jimmy Anderson visit Martin, he would be back in the Ashes sooner rather than later.

Martin has worked with me over the last few months to overcome a re-occurring running injury. Martin took a holistic approach that analysed the underlying postural root of the injury, instead of simply rehabilitating the muscle affected. The result is that I have not only dealt with the initial injury but my posture and running form have benefitted as a result and I am now working with Martin to iron out other muscle imbalances. I could not recommend Martin’s clinic more. Martin’s approach is very different to other physios that I have seen previously (don’t go expecting a sports massage) and his ‘root of the problem’ approach has prevented my injury from re-occurring.

After suffering from numerous movement limitations for 6 years I am already seeing massive improvements after just 2 sessions with Martin. I can't recommend him enough. I've seen several physios over the years but conventional treatment just wasn't working because so many parts of my body were affected. Martin's knowledge and application of pri techniques really have made a huge difference. Be open minded, it's very different to the usual physiotherapy but it really does work and actually all makes sense when you start to understand it. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed.

Martin is a game changer. Twice now he has literally changed my life. After twenty years of running, I was forced to stop due to hip pain. Two MRI scans failed to identify the problem and I genuinely believed that I would have the injury for life. My GP’s advice was to take up cycling as it looked like my running days were over. Martin solved my problem by looking at my jaw. I had recently had a brace removed, which had changed my bite and given me a clicking jaw. He showed me how to manage this and explained how something seeming completely unrelated to your hip could indeed be the source of the problem. His diagnosis was correct. Not only did the pain disappear, I was able to run better and with more ease than ever before. The second time I went to see him was to get help to strengthen the left side of my body. I had always been aware that my left side was considerably weaker than my right side (most people have this type of imbalance), but it had really started to hinder my training. I felt weak and unstable, no matter how much I tried to improve the imbalance with strength training. After just one visit to his clinic, I went back to the gym the next day and tried to do something I have been trying to do for three years: to kick to a handstand using my left leg as the balancing leg and leading with my right leg. I succeeded in doing it on my very first attempt! Press-ups now feel more equal, and I no longer feel like my right side is doing 70% of the work. I do a lot of calisthenics and body movement type training, and, now that I have better balance and stability, I now feel I can continue to improve and achieve so much more. Training is a very important part of my life and I cannot overemphasise how much Martin has helped me. I cannot recommend him enough.

Martin is a pioneer in the UK with his revolutionary methods and approach. He was able to get to the cause of the problem and address it on a wider scale by realigning my posture in addition to focusing on the muscle itself. I can't recommend him enough.
