Terrible customer service. Literally not interested in aftercare service. The TV I purchased has started becoming faulty. It was listed as new but various clues suggest that in my opinion only that it might be reconditioned. Took 11 days to come back to me and told me to contact Samsung. Thanks.....

If you don’t mind waiting forever for your product to be fixed then Martin Dawes is for you. Dealt with this company 3 times now because Samsung recommended them. Every time has been riddled with incompetence making fixing times very long. Avoid if possible.

Terrible company to deal with. AVIOD. After trying to get an answer on their "chat" facility twice and calling their sales department to only be told that I can't leave a message as their voice mail box is full, I've given up. Terrible customer experience. AVOID!!

Absolutely 💯 terrible purchased an oled TV £1500 for delivery on 07/03/2023 never received it tried to ring martin dawes in Warrington about my order couldn't contact anybody eventually got through and my order wasn't even out for delivery i received a text message saying my repair for my TV is booked in for the 08/ 03 seriously what is going on I'm lost my experience with martin dawes so far has been horrendous
