I was looking for a rental property and used Right to Move to begin with, and shortlisted 2-properties of Martin & Co. At Martin & Co, I was helped by Nathan in providing the details and even agree to make remote arrangements for apartment viewing, as I am not physically in the UK. I'm still working with Nathan on getting my application in front of the landlord, but my experience has been good so far. And I must say that Martin & Co. is the best among all others, of the way they showcase the property, especially a video profile which gives a good idea to potential tenants at first glance, without even a physical viewing.

Let people in MY HOUSE WITHOUT MY CONSENT - I arrive home and wake up with people in my home and the letting agent is talking non sense to me on the phone trying to say this is okay. Who knows who else they let into the house? This is will probably will happen to you as well, please avoid it if you can
