foolishly we her commissioned to make a bespoke necklace at the start of dec 2022 as a christmas present, sent with incorrect address, which caused lots of problems, delays and worry. arrives 3 inches shorter than discussed and as such unwearable, despite being told it was being sent to be hallmarked at the assay office, no hallmarks were present - did not meet the brief agreed. duly sent back in Jan. redesign agreed after several weeks of no contact. Very brief, poor comms received to say she was on holiday until October. Then requests additional payment to correct. 3 months after the original order was placed, item arrives, in a filthy box sleeve (coffee stained) with the item loose in box. item is broken, several joints are unsoldered, large chain jump ring is missing, fastening chain is only present on one side. she admits workmanship is very poor and agrees to refund in full including 2x returns shipping costs then after failing to do the job, she agreed to do and was paid to do, twice she still expects another chance to correct the bad workmanship, this we refused. item is sent back immediately by special delivery, to be delivered on next working day. seller informed and agrees but doesn't accept delivery. claims has made redelivery arrangements but hasn't. eventually managed to accept the redelivery 6 days later. refunds the item cost but not the return shipping x2 costs. refuses to answer phone but communicates extremely incoherently(drunk?) over email, text and whatsapp, the communication is so poor we have no idea what is going on. claims to be sending cheque, says sent paypal payment, then claims the opposite. finally get to speak to her and she is extremely rude and abusive, hangs up phone and follows this with a rude email. AWFUL.
