    Nice place for a holiday break. It's right next to the coast, with a small but inviting beach. Jaywick isn't particularly appealing, but the holiday park is close to Clacton-on-Sea, and a bit further afield are lovely spots like Brightlingsea and Walton-on-the-Naze. The holiday park has lots of amenities, though the reception needs better signposting on arrival - it's in the middle of the park, and easy to miss. The accommodation was nice, well-maintained and clean. The bar/restaurant was OK; only ate there once, but food good. Free WiFi there, too.

    Dreadful experience! Caravan smelled. People smoking Marajuna late at night - disgraceful noise/shouting and screaming from other residents until early hours of the morning. Domestic dispute with a man threatening to attack his partner. Unwelcome staring and glaring from other residents. Could not have been more awful. Would have left the same day, but could not find alternative accommodation. Left the next morning. Just an atrocious experience all round. Would NEVER go back
