The sofa was delayed 18 weeks due to covid and was delivered on 11/11/21, this was frustrating at first but the delivery service made up for it. Alex and George called us in advance and were even early. They were fast and very careful with the large sofa up the flat stairs. They asked how we wanted the sofa and set it up for us. They removed all the waste and cleaned up after themselves. Alex and George were very professional and polite through the whole process, would recommend.
