Please stay away from them. The worst of the worse. You cannot speak to anyone, accountability is almost zero. If you are unfortunate enough to have an accident believe me these guys will make things 100 times worse. Don't expect them to chase anything because they absolutely will not.

I would not recommend first no contact number to reach a staff you can only communicate with them via email or live chat and live chat is automated they debit your money even after you cancel your policy over £200 pending with them no refund yet

The worst company. Full of fraud. They agreed on a certain amount with me. Later in a month they took about £600 in total from my bank account without my consent. Now they’re not even willing to respond to my emails with clear reasons. Tried a many times to speak to them over the phone but they don’t at least provide their phone number. This is scam!

Completely ridiculous company. Pushes everything to an app which forces you to allow access to your phone. It’s a telematics policy without disclosing it fully. To top it all off they wanted £240 a month to insure a 64 plate Vauxhall Astra even though a BMW 220D 66 plate was £110, this is due to the revolutionary system they call “pricing logic”

I had no cause to complain because I had no cause to contact them, but now my policy is about to "auto renew" at 85% higher than last year (and for no reason I can see), I cannot seem to get hold of them to cancel the auto renew. You can only contact them via online chat through the app and there appears to only be three people working so they are consistently too busy to reply. Frustratingly they also only take payment by continuous card authority (Apple Pay in my case) so there's not even a direct debit to cancel. However, I did get through to someone who was very helpful and didn't push me to take up the renewal. It's a shame because I had no problems with them throughout this last year.
